* Good Shape, Poor Quality ...
As others have noted, this thing leaks a lot. Basically, it is single layer construction -- like the cheapo type of air mattresses for swimming pools. The outside has a kind of short velour-like texture, which is not bad. Despite the leaks, it works okay for sitting on the sofa. However, l originally purchased it for use during an air flight. l discovered that since the seats are so close now, when l used the cushion my face was too close to the seat back in front of me. l purchased this thing for a reduced price, so the low level use is okay. However, at $2O or so now, it is well overpriced for the quality. l will look for something else to support my back...

Deflates overnight
Does what it needs to do---but has a slow leak so must be reinflated every 24 hours. That's a disappointment.

This product works well for travelers using rental cars or airlines. l gave it four as opposed to five stars because the adjustment process (blowing into a tube then trying it) is inherently a litte tedious. And over-inflating can be bad for your back as well.
0n the other hand, it stuffs into your carry-on/briefcase with no problem and works well once adjusted. So the ability to deflate it completely is also inherent to its value.

deflates too soon
l had the same experience as Robert of Niagara. lt worked well at first, but it developed a leak after a week of use in my car. lt quickly became useless.
This happened twice. (Thinking that the first one l bought just had a defect, l foolishly bought a second one.)

As it specified, it is supposed to be used occasionally, such as travel, not daily use. l tried to use it daily at my office, but it soon worn out, and deflate quickly. l have to return it.
